Refund & Returns Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase/ receipt of items (the date the items reached you if posted), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or manufacturing fault. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 

Change of mind refunds on any custom designed items (an item that you have spoken directly to Little Goody New Shoes about and had made as a one-off item to your specifications, including having a regular design put onto a special sized shoe or boot e.g. a design put onto a men's size shoe which is generally only on women's sizes) or for choosing the wrong size item once these items have been made for you by the factory, as these are not able to be resold and are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at littlegoodynewshoes@outlook.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message and once agreed, send your item to: Little Goody New Shoes, 70 Fischer Street, Kyabram VIC 3620, Australia. 

Cancellation of orders

If you have changed your mind about an order, or have made an error, you are able to cancel the order but ONLY within the first 24 hours. After this time the factory will have begun work on your item. There is a CANCELLATION FEE of $25 applicable to each item cancelled. This amount will be deducted from your refund if this is to be made.

Please contact Little Goody New Shoes immediately if you think you have made a wrong choice in ordering via the messenger link in the bottom right hand corner of the website.

If the item was in stock and posted out to you already, you will need to return the item at your own cost for a refund. Refunds will not occur until the goods have been received and inspected. There will be no cancellation fee in this case and you will be eligible for a full refund provided the item is a regular item from the range. (i.e. not a custom order, see below)

Gifts 
If the item was received as a gift, purchased and given to you, the original purchaser is the person who is possibly eligible for a refund or exchange. 
Please discuss your concern with the original purchaser who can then make contact with us.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Little Goody New Shoes, 70 Fischer Street, Kyabram VIC 3620, Australia 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in the clear case of manufacturing fault.

Depending on product manufacture lead time and shipping, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
